Michael Coady - Peron Michael Coady is an award-winning actor and singer from St. John’s, Newfoundland with more than a decade of performance experience. A dynamic and versatile actor, Michael has received critical acclaim for his performances which range from emotionally evocative to comedic. Performing in community and professional theatre since 1992, Michael has played lead roles in such productions as One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Blood Brothers, Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, The Lonesome West and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. At the 2002 Newfoundland and Labrador Drama Festival, he received the award for Best Supporting Actor for his work as Marc in Art. Before leaving Newfoundland for Toronto in March 2003, he finished a run to sold-out audiences in A Closer Walk with Patsy Cline, performing the only male lead as 4 different characters. Since arriving in Toronto in March 2003, Michael performed the lead role in a production of Who Am I This Time? with the Village Players. In July, he joined the Class Act Dinner Theatre Troupe in Whitby, Ontario for their production of the musical revue Oh Coward!.
