RAFAEL E. MARTINEZ [PAUL]
Rafael E. Martinez is a native of Caracas, Venezuela, Rafael just relocated to Toronto after spending 12 years in Albany, New York. His Albany stage credits include Ramon in Love! Valour! Compassion! (Awarded New York's Capital Region Best Ensemble Performance for 1999), The Pope and the Witch, Gun Shy, After Play, Tonight We Improvise, David and Lisa, and Cabaret. He was the choreographer for West Side Story, and co-choreographer for Robbers Bride Groom at the Schenectady Light Opera Company. Rafael also performed with Up With People for many years, and appeared in Detroit's televised 2000 Thanksgiving Parade. He is thrilled to reprise Paul, having played the role in the RPI Players production in Troy, New York. Rafael holds a degree in Chemistry, and currently works as a Fitness Coordinator for Fitness One. He is a certified personal trainer, teaches exercise classes, and is falling in love with Toronto a little more everyday.
